Final Sale Policy
All purchases made on garciago.com are Final Sale. Once an order is placed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong size
• Color preference
• Buyer’s remorse
• Exchanges for different sizes or styles
Damaged or Defective Items (Limited Remedy)
We take pride in our quality, but if an item arrives damaged or defective, we may offer a replacement or store credit under the following strict conditions:
Reporting Window:
You must email us at support@garciago.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Requirements for Review:
To process your claim, please include the following in your email:
1. Your Order Number.
2. Clear photos of the shipping bag or box.
3. Clear photos of the packing slip.
4. Clear photos of the item and the specific defect.
Condition of Item:
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Resolution Process
If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement (subject to stock availability). If a replacement is unavailable, we may issue a store credit at our discretion.
